We will be a company that connects the world as one.
Seyeon Tech Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of its new industrial IP camera module, model FW1172-EXM-M1, which has successfully passed the -40°C cold resistance test (based on IEC 60068-2-1 standard, 18 hours). The test was conducted with a 2MP sensor board attached to verify real-time operation under extreme cold. To ensure reliable performance in harsh environments such as cold storage facilities, outdoor infrastructure, and winter conditions, several key components have been upgraded to industrial-grade parts. After multiple rounds of testing, the first production batch has been completed.
This IP module boasts an estimated MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) of over 61,000 hours, making it well-suited for industrial applications that demand long-term reliability. The MTBF is calculated in accordance with the Telcordia SR-332 standard, ensuring both durability and dependability.
The module is also compatible with high-end thermal imaging cameras and defense-grade video transmission systems. Built on a Korean-made SoC, it is compliant with the NDAA (U.S. National Defense Authorization Act) and is under the process to meet KISA (Korea Internet & Security Agency) security certification requirements.
Supporting both 38x38mm and 42x42mm form factors, the board includes built-in digital I/O, microSD slot, and two-way audio interface, and is fully compatible with Seyeon Tech’s open AI SDK. For various use cases, HDMI and LVDS input modules as well as sensor modules are also available as optional accessories.
With over 20 years of experience in IP camera module development and production, Seyeon Tech has established strong partnerships with manufacturers, system integrators, and solution providers. The board supports ONVIF compatibility and complies with TTA standards, ensuring broad interoperability with a wide range of NVRs. For special software interfaces or custom functions, OEM/ODM services are available upon request.
